Ordering Notes
1. After placing an order, if you find that the size, color, delivery address, etc. are incorrect, please contact our online customer service in time. If the product has been shipped and is in transit, you cannot cancel the order and modify the size, color, delivery address, etc. Before confirming your order, we ask you to check the order details again.
2. We attach great importance to the quality of our products, but in the event that you receive defective products, wrong products, or products damaged due to accidents during transportation, etc., we deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused to you, but please contact our store within 7 days after receiving the goods.
3. *Please be sure to check the condition of the product immediately upon receipt. We cannot accept returns or exchanges if more than 7 days have passed since delivery, or even if the product has been used once, regardless of the handling conditions (normal use, careful handling, etc.). Please be careful with it.
4. Basically, we will accept returns only if there is no replacement stock. We will accept exchanges for the same product, but if the same product is out of stock or unavailable, we will replace it by return or shipment of an equivalent product.
5. If you want to exchange or return products, please be sure to contact us before returning them. *Detailed information will be provided when you contact us. If you return an item without contacting us, we will not be able to process it.
6. Depending on the content of your inquiry, we may ask you to send us pictures of the relevant goods so that we can confirm the condition of the goods. If you would like to notify us of a defective product by email, we would be grateful if you could include an image of the defective area in advance (e.g. by email). We will verify and get back to you immediately.
About the product
1. In our store, we will inspect all products after they arrive. Due to the mechanical production process, there may be cracks, slight wear and tear or blending with other fibers during the process, but we will ship products without any quality issues. I am here, first of all thank you for your understanding.
2. Even if the products are the same, there may be some "errors" in shape and size depending on the production time and color, but please rest assured that this will not cause any problems in use.
3. Due to the nature of the material, some items may have a strong dye odor. In our store, after receiving the manufacturer-sealed products, we will inspect them and repack them in bags, so the smell of some products may be slightly stronger than that in the store. If you use it for a few days or dry it in the shade, you will hardly notice any bad smell, so give it a try.
5. Regarding the color pictures on the product page, we have tried our best to show the colors as close to the actual colors as possible, but the colors may vary slightly depending on the shooting environment such as lighting or device screen settings. Thank you for your understanding.

When we can accept returns or exchanges
1. Receive the item within 7 days after shipment.
2. Products must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
3. If the product received is defective
A: If initial defect or damage occurs during shipping, we will resend new or equivalent products after checking stock status. If stock is sold out, we will refund.
B: The product you received is defective or wrong, the error is our fault. (For example, wrong product was sent out.) If there is a significant difference in color or design between the published picture and the actual product delivered, please check for defects within 7 days after receiving the product and then contact customer service via email center. Please contact us. We will process the refund as soon as possible after confirmation.
Please note: If you need to exchange the product due to your own reasons such as purchasing the wrong size, you will be responsible for the return and re-shipping shipping costs.
